Brattleboro’s Halloween parade happened last night on Main Street, with a small marching band who only played a couple of tunes in a bizarre repeating loop: a few bars of Darth Vader’s theme followed by the Time Warp from the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Despite or because, a good time was had by all.
