Leaf-peep-alooza: Monumental

On today’s leaf peeping adventure, we saw several important monuments. First, Brigham Young’s birthplace… Can’t get away from that guy. Then, the Elk of Peace on the Mohawk Trail in Massachusetts. The statue was beautiful, but it was more memorable for the many tourists —all from different ethnic groups — vying to get a good picture. Finally, we got to the high pinnacle of the day: the Hail to the Sunrise statue near Zoar, MA.
