Leaf-peep-alooza: Bridge of Flowers
This post is slightly out of order, so sorry to my many readers….
After a wrong turn outside Jacksonville, VT, we ended up heading south into MA instead of to Bennington,VT. After a nice drive along Rte. 2, the Mohawk Trail, we ended up in Shelburne Falls, MA.
It’s the home of glacial potholes.
Perhaps more importantly, Shelburne Falls proudly hosts the Bridge of Flowers, planted with hundreds of gorgeous plants and shrubs.
We saw some Morris Dancers (more on that in another posting), and had a very nice brunch at the Rock River Cafe.
